    How many times do you snooze in the morning? Lost count by Friday? So what is the secret to being motivated in a morning? Is there a secret? The answer is there are so many factors that contribute. Sleep, diet, mindset, circumstances, work, day of the week.

    How do we overcome this? Its easy really, discover what you enjoy and make that your motivation for getting up. Do you like having that extra 5 minutes to straighten your hair, or would you rather tie it up and spend the day looking at it in the mirror? Would you like to miss the motorway rush on the way to work instead of arriving 3 minutes before you start and trying to get to your desk before your boss notices your not there. Would you like to go to the gym and get in a quick workout, so in a few weeks time your realising it doesn’t take as much to climb those stairs, or your shirt fits you better.

    Its all about the pleasures in life, don’t waste time snoozing, take time to appreciate what you want, what motivates you and create that habit. When you lookback on the week, look back with pride that you have taken a small step such as getting up on your first alarm, then look at what you achieve with that extra time.
